The 2nd Annual Jackie Spellman Memorial/Scholarship Soccer Tournament was held on Saturday, August 28th at  Unlimited Sports Action in Port Washington, NY.  Click HERE for a link to event information that was listed on a special events page on Facebook.

Groundwater & Environmental Services (GES) recently sponsored a Chili Cook-Off fundraiser to benefit the Foundation.  Over $900 was raised.  Many thanks to all of GES employees, vendors and subcontractors that organized and participated in the cook-off that was held on October 1st in GES' Stafford office.



Pictured are the winners of the contest.  1st Place went to Gary Babb of Eagle SW Construction (on the left), 2nd Place went to Paul LaWare of GES (on the right) and 3rd place went to Alfonso Munoz of GES.  Congratulations from JSSF!

The 2nd annual golf tournament & fundraiser will be held on October 10, 2011.  PLEASE SAVE THE DATE!  The tournament will be held once again at the beautiful Sugar Creek Country Club in Sugar Land, TX.  The format will be a best ball scramble; there will be hole-in-one cars and prizes to win.  More information and a downloadable flyer and entry form available soon.  Remember that this event is the primary source of funds for the scholarship foundation, without your support we won’t be able to send those in need to college so please participate.  Please click HERE to download a tournament entry form.
